Return and Refund Policy
At Modox, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product arrives defective, damaged, or is lost during shipping.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at modox2025@hotmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order does not arrive or is lost in transit, please contact us at the same email address with your order number and proof of purchase so that we can investigate and provide a suitable solution.
Damages or Shipping Issues
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if it is lost during shipment, please email us at modox2025@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date, in case of loss).
Include photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and your order details. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, select the wrong size, or no longer want the item.
This policy applies to all products, including apparel, accessories, and home goods.

If your refund request is approved due to a damaged or lost item, we will issue a refund automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
